Investing is easy with us
We run a service for those who wish to buy a property and rent it.
Basically, we manage all the accounts and get the tenants for you.

The apartment will be maintained, cleaned and supervised for you.
Yearly we will fax or e-mail all the accounts to you, and of course pay you. The accounts are detailed with cleaning costs, General Maintainance (bulbs, cuttlery...) and any other costs.

If you wish to use yourself the apartment during a certain period, you only have to tell us so we can cancel any future reservations.
