What we are not, is a huge corporate business with dozens of partners and marketing schemes. We are just a little office that has been running for the last 20 years selling properties and managing properties for our clients.It looks like we are doing right because we are still here after 20 years and that means a lot in these difficult times.
We have found homes for every need, we work in our local area, that is around the Fuengirola area. We have a perfect micro-climate, that is why so many people stay around this area. During summer we are very busy serving our short period tenants, they come for 1 or 2 weeks and then fly home.
in winter we are becoming more and more popular for long term stayers who would like to stay away from there cold countries because here it is not cold at all and it looks like the elderly become younger with every day of theitr stay. There is a lot of entertaiment specially for the older generation, happy hour, dance, theatre….by the way we have a lovely english amateur theatre in town with plays and musicals nearly broadway-quality, I mean it ( I´m supposed to be a member).
Basically we are divided into sales and rentals, With only 5 employees and 2 computers (we love paper!) we manage to get all the reservations done, the accounts, the sales department , maintaining, cleaning…and of course a cup of coffee and a nice chat with our clients.
It´s a very small but efficient company who tries to give the best to their clients.Therefore we have changed our rental prices to a drastical droppoff
to still give a welcome to the none European countries who suffers from the exchange rates. We hope we have to do it only this year and that the economic will establish
